1 mile warm-up 4 x 150 meter strides, 24, 24, 24, 24 6 X 400(400 jog recovery) 74, 74, 73, 74, 72, 67 1 mile cool down with Mark :) Sharpening up, wanted to hit 75's today, was hitting the 200 in 36. Hamstring 100% healed :)
