Track 5 X 1000 (400 jog recovery)
1 mile warm-up at the track 4 X 75 strides, 5 X 1000 with 400 jog recovery, windy, hot 3:22, 3:27, 3:33, 3:35, 3:35. 1 mile cool down. Not feeling very fast on the track....
