Thurs. a.m. 16 miles. p.m. 15 miles

Fri. a.m. 23 miles on the Boston Marathon course.

8:22, 9:28, 8:33, 8:22, 8:07, 8:39, 7:28, 7:48, 7:58, 7:47.
Tough one, legs tired, breathing laboured and hungry and thirsty the whole run, even my shoulders were sore, strange run.
Day by day, tomorrow can only be better......protein and carbing up tonight
