Sunday a.m. - 20 miles on hills. p.m. 10 miles easy

Mon. a.m. - 17 miles. p.m. 13 miles

Tues. a.m. - 16 miles. p.m. - 13 miles

Wed. a.m. - 16 miles. p.m. 13 miles

Thurs. a.m. 16 miles. p.m. 15 miles

Fri. a.m. 23 miles on the Boston Marathon course.

15 miler hilly roads in Effingham, 1:43:31 (6:53/m) A good run for a hilly course. Fastest I have ever done this run, a few of the miles are pure uphill especially mile #8. I tried to keep each mile under 7, but a few dipped over due to hills wind and stamina near the end. Under 7 on average so no complaints here. Solid week of running.
