Tues. a.m. - 16 miles. p.m. - 13 miles

Wed. a.m. - 16 miles. p.m. 13 miles

Thurs. a.m. 16 miles. p.m. 15 miles

Fri. a.m. 23 miles on the Boston Marathon course.

1.53 miles before calf knot resurfaced

Untitled by runperryrun at Garmin Connect - Details first mile 6:07 was going to run a 5 miler oh well taking 3 more days off and then jogging 1 mile to test it out.
