Track 6 X 800 (200 jog)

6 miles total, 1 mile warm-up, 4 strides, Track 6 X 800 (200 jog), hard to concentrate with a bunch of grade 9 kids running around inside lane with their teacher....made for some fun though. 2:42, 2:40, 2:40, 2:42, 2:40, 2:42.....these were done weaving in and out of first and 2nd lane to avoid students....1 mile cool down
