15.5 miles double run

10.5 miles morning on the trails with Jeff into port and back, having trouble on the hills legs very heavy. 78:44(7:29miles)
evening easy 5 miles on the road in 38:25 4 X 50 sprint drill within run
at 90 miles for 6 days 10 miler tomorrow and my 2nd week of 100 miles is in the bank
